Instead of locking people into a specific plan or a specific amount of viewers, we decided to opt for a flexible pricing model. This keeps it simple for everybody involved.

Head on over to our Pricing page and you'll be presented with our Cost Calculator.

Credits never expire! Any credits you purchase will remain on your account until you use them.

From here, you only need to be able to answer two questions.

  1. How many hours do you want to be able to stream?

  2. How many people do you want to be able to watch your stream AND videos on demand?

You can drag the sliders to increase how many hours you'd like and how many viewers you want to be able to watch you. You'll be given a straight price. There are no hidden fees or taxes! This number is exactly what you'll pay.

Stream Hours

The first slider adjusts how many Stream Hours you want to have. This is calculated from the moment you start your broadcast to the moment you end your broadcast. If you're live streaming, your Stream Hour credits are being deducted.

Viewers

There are some more complicated factors behind the scenes on this one. On the technical side, we don't actually bill by how many viewers you had. We're actually monitoring your bandwidth usage. This has been simplified for you on the front end. What you're actually purchasing when you checkout is viewer hour credits.

Every viewer that is watching your Live Stream or a Recording via video-on-demand consumes bandwidth. It's very important that you select enough viewers when checking out. If you do not have enough viewer hours for people to watch your stream, your streams will get locked and nobody will be able to watch them.

Live Stream vs Video on Demand Viewers

The viewers you select on the pricing page is for BOTH live stream and video on demand. If you plan on live streaming, and then embedding your recordings into your website for people to watch later - you need to account for this in your viewers.

For example, perhaps you stream a service every Sunday. On average, you expect that 15-20 people may watch while you're live, but you'll get the rest of your congregation watching later, you need to account for the people watching later.

If you suspect you'll have 15-20 watching live and another 100 watching later, you need to purchase 120 viewers to make sure you're covered.
